How do I register for the rewards program?
- Your Big Bet Rewards accounts will be activated as soon as you make your first purchase at Big Bet Poker. You will receive an activation email to confirm the account information.
- Follow instructions indicated in the email to activate your account
- Earn points for every dollar that you rake at Big Bet Poker.
- Use your points for Cash, Merchandise or Sweepstake Drawings.

When do I start earning Bonus / Rewards Points?
You will begin earning points on your very first raked hand at Big Bet Poker.
How often are my Rewards Points updated into my rewards account?
Points will be uploaded daily for the previous days rake.
How do I redeem Rewards Points for cash or merchandise?
Once logging into your account choose one of the options, Cash, Merchandise or Sweepstakes. In each section you have the option to choose one of the rewards from the dropdown. Once you have chosen your reward, you can then select the quantity of the items you would like to order. You will have to confirm the amount of the selected order to make sure that you have the correct amount of points available for that purchase.
How long does it take for my rewards orders to be processed?
When redeeming Rewards Points for a cash bonus, it will take less than 10 minutes for your account to reflect the cash amount redeemed. When redeeming Rewards Points for merchandise, you will receive the order within four weeks of the order being placed.
How many Rewards Points do I earn for each dollar of rake?
View the Game Values chart to see the Rewards Points earned for each dollar raked at that rewards level.

What happened to my VIP Points?
On Thursday, January 14th, we discontinued VIP points and upgraded player VIP points balances into BIG BET REWARDS. There was no loss in value to player VIP Points balance at that time. For our players it means freedom from the constraints of simply redeeming your VIP points for tournament entries. From this point on you will be able to use your Big Bet Rewards for sweepstakes, merchandise, and CASH.
